Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing İnci Gold Jewelry. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that there are times when you may need to return an item. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns.
At İnci Gold Jewelry, personalized items are crafted uniquely for each customer, and therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these custom pieces.
For all other items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, whether you're located domestically or internationally.
Please be aware that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items. We do not refund shipping costs that were paid at the time of purchase or for the return shipping.
To ensure a smooth return process, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Our team will inspect all returned items to assess their condition. If an item is returned damaged or shows signs of wear, we unfortunately will not be able to provide a refund.
For returns, please email us at info@incigold.com.tr to obtain the return address. Include your order number or full name in the return package to help us process your return quickly.
For international returns, make sure to label the package as “RETURNED GOODS - ZERO CUSTOM VALUE” to avoid customs duties. If duties are charged to İnci Gold Jewelry and the package is not properly labelled, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
